In the matter of the revising
of the Rule of Court of the
Common Pleas Court

JOURNAL ENTRY

In the matter of the establishment of new rules of this Court.

It is ordered and decreed that the following rules of practice be and they hereby are adopted for the governance of the practice and procedures in the General Division of the Common Pleas Court, Washington County, Ohio.

It is further ordered that they Jury Use and Management Plan, Rule 35, Policy 7, and Appendix C, are adopted for use in the Washington County Juvenile and Probate Division of the Common Pleas Court for Jury Trials.

It is further ordered that the Mediation Rule, Rule 29.5 is adopted for use in the Washington County Juvenile Court.

The Clerk of this Court is hereby directed to certify one copy of these rules to the Supreme Court of the State of Ohio and to each practicing attorney in Washington County, Ohio, and also to make available one copy of said rules to any attorney or agency requesting said rules. Said copy to be available at a cost of ______________.
