Policy 5 - Payment of Real Estate Appraisers in Foreclosure Cases

Fees paid to appraisers appointed by the Sheriff in foreclosure cases shall be paid:

APPRAISAL AMOUNT APPRAISERS PAID
Up to $50,000 $1 Per $1,000 (min. $35)
$50,000 $50 + $0.50 per $1,000 over $50,000
Over $100,000 $75 + $0.10 per $1,000 over $100,000
