Policy 6 - Computerization fund for the Office of the Clerk of Common Pleas Court and Computerized Legal Research Fund Pursuant to Entry filed December 30, 1993, and Ohio Revised Code Section 2303.201(A) and (B), the Clerk is directed to collect for purposes of computerization of the Clerk's Office a fee of $10 per case and for purposes of Computerized Legal Research for the Court, a fee of $3.00 per case.
