Rule 1 Divisions of the Court The Court of Washington County Ohio shall be divided into two divisions: the general division (jurisdiction in civil, criminal and domestic relations matters) and probate division (jurisdiction in probate and juvenile matters). These Rules apply only to the general division, except as specifically adopted by the juvenile probate division. Washington County Clerk of Courts
