Rule 12 Official Notification Notification of any hearing or trial assignment may be made by regular mail directed to counsel of record; by leaving notification in the attorney's file in the Clerk's Office directed to counsel of record; or by regular mail directed to the party, if no attorney is shown of record, at the address shown on the pleadings. Such notification shall be sufficient notification of any hearing or trial assignment. A copy of the notification, the name and address of counsel, or the party notified, and the date of notification shall be filed in the case. Washington County Clerk of Courts
