Rule 2 Construction of Rules These rules shall be construed to achieve an orderly administration of the business of this Court and to secure the just, speedy and inexpensive determination of every action in this Court. References to statutes, rules or regulations shall be interpreted to include all revisions and amendments thereto. References to the Clerk of Court shall include any Deputy Clerk. Any Rule of this Court which is in conflict with rules of practice and procedure as now or hereinafter adopted by the Supreme Court shall be of no further force and effect.
