Rule 25 Separation Agreements All Separation Agreements filed with the Court must be on separate paper and styled as a Separation Agreement. When a Separation Agreement is entered into after a suit has been filed the same shall have a cover sheet indicating the style of the case, case number and caption and shall be filed at least 48 hours prior to the final hearing. When a Separation Agreement is incorporated into a final entry, a copy of the Separation Agreement shall be attached. It is not sufficient to refer to an agreement previously filed.
