Rule 4 Hours of Session The sessions of the General Division of this Court shall, unless otherwise ordered by the Assigned Judge, begin at 8:00 A.M. and close at 5:00 P.M. on Monday through Friday, each week, except on those days designated by law as legal holidays. The Clerk's office hours shall be set by the Clerk and may differ from the hours of Court operation with permission of the Court. The Court shall be in session at such other times and hours as the Judges thereof shall prescribe to meet special situations or conditions. Washington County Clerk of Courts
