BOARD OF ELECTIONS

Absentee Mailing Labels

Directions: The Absentee Labels will be updated each day and available for that day only. The following day will be a new set of labels that can be downloaded.

Absentee.zip is a compressed database file that can be opened in any database management software. The database can be used for mail merges or any database creations of your choice.

The pdf file can be opened and printed directly from the website. When printing the pdf file make sure the page scaling/shrinking/reduce page to fit printer margins is turned off.

To download a file to your computer, right click the link to the file and select “Save Target As”. Select the location on your computer where you want to store the files, and click the Save button.

February 8, 2008 is the First Day for Absentee Labels

Note on Party Identification

To determine the party affiliation of the ballot selected, look at the first letter of the Ballot ID.

D = Democrat
R = Republican
I = Issues Only

Party Affiliation is the current party affiliation of the voter.
