BOARD OF ELECTIONS Absentee Voting Absentee voting starts in our office on March 31, 2009. The request must include your name, address, birthdate and one of the following: Ohio drivers license # Last four digits of SSN # Copy of current and valid photo ID, a current utility bill, bank statement, government check, paycheck, or other government document that shows your name and address As well as the date of the election for the ballot you are requesting. It must also must include your signature.
