Childhood Immunization Schedule

All required childhood vaccines are offered at the Washington County Health Department at a cost of $10.00 each.  Medicaid is accepted and no-one is turned away due to inability to pay.  Call Public Health Nursing with questions at (740) 374-2782 Ext. 1021.

4-6 Years DTaP #5, IPV #4, MMR #2, Varicella #2, Influenza (During flu season)
11-18 Years Menactra, Tdap, Gardasil (HPV) (catch-up for MMR #2, Hep B series, Varicella), Influenza (During flu season)
