The School Outreach Prevention Program (SOPP)
The School Outreach Prevention Program (SOPP) provides the following individualized prevention services for children grades K-8 and their families:
- home visitation
- assistance, support, and advocacy with teacher conferences
- assistance with school activities
- learning experiences outside the classroom
- groups for children to address problems
- groups for parents to address problems and interests
- link between home and school to facilitate communication
- activities outside the classroom
- teen pregnancy prevention programs
