Provision of Services

The Washington County Home develops a personalized program of care and rehabilitation for each Resident with his or her personal goals in mind. We make adjustments in individual care and monitor progress to reach each individual's maximum independence.

Those individuals that do come and live with us permanently are helped and encouraged to lead as active and independent lives as they are able.

The focus of the Home is the well-being of the Resident, his or her individuality being respected and supported as appropriate resources are utilized to maximize his or her functioning within the constraints of his or her condition. This will be done without regard to sex, color, race, creed, or age.

We never forget that to our resident we are his or her home and that a home is filled with love, concern, comfort, security, and above all, happiness.
