The Support Enforcement Tracking System (SETS), is utilized to automatically initiate location efforts when the non-custodial parents employment or address is invalid and a valid Social Security number and date of birth is on file. The system interfaces with state and federal agencies such as: New Hire, Unemployment, Social Security, Department of Defense, Veterans Affairs, IRS, Bureau of Workers Compensation, Department of Motor vehicles, to receive and process locate information.

Locating the non-custodial parent can be a lengthy process if the non-custodial parent is not employed. Our office also relies on the custodial parents, who typically has information that is helpful for locating non-custodial parents.
